Originally released in August 1995, Brain Over Muscle was a high-water mark in the world of EBM/industrial music.  Created by an eclectic group of Danish technicians, and one former member of industrial icons Good Courage, BOM is a mesmerizing cocktail of hard techno beats, throbbing synthesized melodies and brooding vocals.  Tracks such as “Mind-Travelling” and the stellar “Pink Noise” virtually became blueprints for the style and sound created by many of today’s pioneering industrial bands.  Now, this visionary work of art is being re-released in a special 2CD deluxe edition that includes a digitally remastered version of the original album plus an entire disc of brand new remixes by Razed In Black, Decoded Feedback and V2A, some of the very artists this album inspired.  The remastered versino radically improves both the sound quality and overall mix while the remixes simply take these twisted tunes into territory that not even Neotek themselves could have imagined.  Anyone even remotely interest in EBM/industrial music will definitely want to add this to their collection!
